About the Author: Dr Sabita Langkam was born in Arunachal Pradesh. She started writing when she was a high school student. Her first poem on flowers won the first prize in school. Two of her initial poems also got published in the Panchjanya Patrika. She also presented her poems at different occasions during her PhD at IIT Kharagpur. She has been writing ever since. Her inspiration comes from varied sources like Mother’s love, the beauty and mystery of nature, seasons, flowers, trees, stars, moon, ocean, mountains, and many more.
