About the Author: Prateek Narsimha is a Hindustani classical vocalist, composer, poet, music educator, and researcher from Varanasi. He completed his undergraduate studies in Sanskrit and his Master's in Hindustani classical music from the University of Delhi and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in music education at Gujarat University. Prateek has published his first book of poetry, "Rachnayein Preet Ki". He was an active member of the Delhi-based contemporary classical ensemble, Anirudh Varma Collective.
