Description of the Book:
We like to believe that life is a straight line with an uncomplicated upward trajectory. In reality I have never found things to be so linear. We either dance, or drag ourselves without truly knowing the direction of our next step.
This collection of poems is my attempt at mapping these moments. Whilst I moved from not being able to feel or express love to a place where I found my home, my people, a spot in the sunshine, and ways to express myself.
I hope you find a map of your own journey when you read through mine.
