Description of the Book:
Fear of the dark and the desire to overcome it brought me to write the first section of this book—‘Discovering the Paranormal World.’ It talks about understanding the paranormal world, what Parapsychology is, breaking the misconceptions of ghosts and diving into the actual sequence of carrying out a true paranormal investigation.
Intrigued by the power of spirituality and having experienced my own spiritual growth, ‘Speaking Spiritual’ is the second section of this book that elaborates upon what spirituality actually is, myths associated with it and a short discussion on how to approach ‘death’ from a spiritual perspective. This section further discusses the various spiritual healing processes and the importance of meditation in our daily lives. It ends on a positive note wherein I share the lessons I learnt from 'Autobiography of a Yogi.'
