UNRAVELING is the first poetry collection by the author, a chthonic synthesis of work borne by time and trauma, bound together in the personal process of undressing wounds and making meaning from the scars. These are songs of rebirth, redemption, and restitution. Like new skin forming, much like the removal of bandages - the tempest that lifts us from our conventions, dissimilates what we thought was true, and exposes situations as they are is the same force that makes anew and reveals what was once forgotten to us.
