Description of the Book:

In my poetry book I have explored the many relationships and bonds I have formed along the way and have celebrated the people who have enriched my life for the better. This poetry book will take you on a rollercoaster of highs and lows and everything in between. It is my journey over the last couple of years which have been rocky to say the least but also full of growth, determination and persistence. This poetry book follows a similar theme to my first book ‘The Sun Behind The Clouds’ but it builds more on the people who have come into my life over the years whilst also following my journey towards a better mental and physical health.
