About the Author: Growing up in an Eastern European household in Perth, Western Australia, I was blessed with the ability to explore English more than just a language but as a literary art, one which I fell in love with. Writing for me is an expressive outlet which encapsulates my raw feelings and allows me to pour my heart through ink. This first published collection of my poetry is very special and vulnerable to me, and I hope it feels like a warm blanket for many, a place where they feel safe and understood.
