Things You Were Never Meant to Carry follows the internal story and complex themes of depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal ideation, and the growth of coming out on the other side. Almost a timeline of my experience through dealing with hardships that us as humans should never have to go through, my hope is that it reaches the people who need it most. When reading this collection of poems, know you are not alone and find hope in others.
