I am a firm believer that we cannot control our thoughts and they're like the flow of a river,sometimes cool and calm, sometimes rippling. Once we tend to start accepting, acknowledging them as the way they're and reflecting on them, the beauty in them is felt and they become the best to lose in them. Words can be another best of our friends to add beauty to those thoughts and feelings generated by them. This book is a collection of many such unspoken thoughts passing through the layers of my mind, coated with the words and then stuck on to the paper to freeze them.

I currently reside in the most beautiful city of Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom from where I earned my Master's degree and work with urgent care services across the North East of the country. I'm a therapist of drugs and mind by profession, trainer and artist by passion, lover of chat over a cup of tea, pet cuddler and an overall a people person giving anyone who interacts, a feel, and the guy next door. I am Keen in observing people around, studying and understanding attitudes, personalities, behaviours and probably this trait/quality made me curious about becoming a psychologist. My voice box vibrates automatically when I hold the microphone and the flow of my speech could guide the upcoming therapists both on national and international platforms as a speaker and I loved reciting my poems in various openmic sessions as well. My love towards the words began in childhood as I grew up expressing and sharing my feelings with words and eventually turned them out to be the best friends in my life. I began to play with words, dressing them with sentences, tagging them with the bells of rhymes to sound melodious, adding to them the wings of lines with feelings to make free verses. I’m an avid reader of suspense thrillers, romantic novels, short stories and magazines. I lose my connections with the world while reading and I’m a happy victim of that and I write with the same intent that whoever reads my poems must immerse themselves in the ocean of feelings expressed in my writings and feel curious to read the next after the next, just as a sip after the sip of a freshly brewed tea and that is how I could add to my dairy with a collection of nearly five tons of poems.
