Description of the Book:
 
In this collection of twenty-one poems, many topics are approached and discussed. Some are rather dark, and others are much more lighthearted; each is deeply personal. Living with mental illness can be incredibly difficult and has been more openly discussed in recent years. Unfortunately, many symptoms and triggers bring about unmentioned taboos and shame. This book targets grief and guilt and reveals hope. In a single message: we can begin our journey toward loving ourselves together.
