This book houses my thoughts. Each and every word here holds great significance in my life and is an insight into my mind. I hope the readers can find a piece of themselves here. At this stage in life, I have encountered things too profoundly: confusion, grief, desperation, and gratitude, even numbness. What began as a means of escape from overthinking has now become a book.
