Description of the Book:
Readers may wonder who is this young lady and why should I read her poetry. Well I write honestly, I write modern poetry and I cry with mind and play with words.
My love for poetry started when I had to sit down to study, that’s writing. When I look back and read my poems I was always a rebel with cause. Over the time as I read through my poems I see a fierce young lady who isn’t afraid to speak her mind not only through her poetry but also in real life.
My life changed after I started working as a Librarian. I was in touch with my inner writer, the inner poet in me. Poetry comes naturally to me. My idea behind compiling my poetry is to inspire those who were once like me, shy, introverted, bullied but then one always shines if she is in touch of her higher self, in touch with her art, her writing and that’s how I snatched my power from all those who took it and there isn’t one person on Earth who can now bully me and can get away with it. How did I become this person? Like they say I guess I have turned my blood into poetry, my rage into art, my hurt into ego (I say it’s good ego because it motivates me to work hard every day) and my attitude into gracefulness.
To all the humans who have loved and lost, it’s okay. There will come a time when you will start loving again and that hurt will fade, your ego will dissolve, remember to always believe in love, believe in yourself and you shall conquer mountains.
This book is my journey my complication of 21 poetry which I took it as a challenge. This poem in an era of modern poetry, the strongest of us all are here in the present moment living life and feeling emotions and experiencing surreal moments more so surviving the pandemic and creating art, creating our own sun.
