A near death experience at the age of eight cracked open my conscienceless, unbeknownst to my parents and friends, or even myself at the time. That event enabled me to intake and embody a vast amount of projections from every single person I encountered for the next several decades. After a rather emotionally turbulent divorce at the end of 2017, I collapsed into what can only be described as a "dark night of the soul". As I walked through the fire in the valley of the shadows of my own psyche, I systematically dismantled the destructive thought patterns and self images that had formed from the varying perspectives of all the people I had known that I unwittingly allowed to define me all those years, essentially flipping the script on all of it. The poetry that comes through me now is a direct result of the unraveling process that most humans go through at some point in their lives.
