The cartel is a novel speaking loud about the current occurrence befalling many countries with the aim of enriching few people who think that they are above the law of the state and in the process destroying the economic status of the country and the lives of the young youths who turn out to be drug addicts.
But it only takes the patriotic citizens to ensure that our beloved nation doesn't go to the dogs and work tooth and nails to restore order.
