We all need a voice that speaks about the doubts in our minds, darkness in our hearts and the silent battles we wage to continue being hopeful. In the midst of personal and professional crises, words become a sanctuary to let out everything that is burdening us, dreams that we have had, we still have and fears that keep us awake at night. This book is a collection of very personal thoughts, inspired by late night musings, solo work trips, classic romantic movies and words of poets like Bukowski, Neruda and Rumi. I have always been a little unsure of the thoughts that I have had about my life and life in general, and felt a little lost in a world full of "glass half fulls". The pandemic brought along with it the realisation of the futility of everything, and in the same sense, a validity of the emotions that have been dealing with. This book is meant to be an assurance, to emotional nomads like me who find inspiration in the moonlight, and hold on to sadness a little longer than they should. This book is meant to be a personal example to sceptics who say that sadness cannot be beautiful, cannot inspire beauty. And this book is meant to be my mark in the world, a tale of silent musings becoming hopeful words, wishlists for a better, happy life.
