Description of the Book:
Tales from the Café is a collection of all the poems which I have written while sitting alone in a café. Every poem speaks those words which are buried deep in my heart but are inaudible to the world.
The poem's genre ranges from romance to heartbreak to acceptance. These poems may seem mere words to others, but every poem has a tale to tell.
Every poem unleashes the writer's tryst with life and her journey onwards.
Life has ways of making you understand things; with my poems, I have penned my feelings with life's lessons. Few things happen that you never want to accept in your life and become rebellious. I too cried, begged, fought, and finally, when I accepted, I penned them down, finally releasing them from my heart. Those relentless thoughts which made me restless got their solace when penned down as poems finally giving my heart peace & my mind a sound sleep. As I always say, my poems are my antidepressant pills.

Author Name: Shifa Salheen About the Author: Shifa, the name means "Relief from Pain" but ironically is always dealing with some or the other pain . A coder by profession , singer and bibliophile by passion. Since childhood books were her best friends, while other kids would play or chitchat in free periods, she would sneak into library and grab a corner with her books.
