Description of the Book:
A mini collection series of poetry inspired by my own journey of loving and accepting myself exactly as I am. Including 5 poems I wrote in my tender age years of 13 through to 15 that have never been read by anyone but me…..until now.
I was married and divorced young, made some poor choices, couple of wrong turns and more often than not things didn’t go as planned but I did the best with what I knew at the time, especially living with chronic pain pretty much on the daily agenda, as I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 30.
A shift in perspective brought about much spiritual healing and self awareness and aptly concludes the collection, indicative of where I am on my journey to becoming the best version of me there ever will be.
Take What Resonates and Leave What Doesn’t.
Author's Name: Amanda Croker About the Author: Amanda Croker is a 37 year old single mother to two boys and they all live together in NSW Australia. Amanda sees herself as just a jeans and boots kind of woman trying to find her place in the world. She will go wherever the wind faces her. Amanda loves a good belly chuckle and is the biggest fan of Dad Jokes. She can get rather passionate when telling them, even getting into character. She’s a curious creature, inquisitive by nature, she’s got no qualms firing off 20 questions within moments of meeting someone, peeling back the layers to connect on a deeper level. Friends and family referred to her often as the Queen of Quirks - having to colour coordinate her clothes pegs being one of them. This is Amanda’s debut book.
