Description of the Book:

"A career oriented girl embarks on a thrilling adventure in this page turner!

Ha! Got ya! Allow me to clarify, no, this isn’t a fiction and yes, this is poetry. Nevertheless, Spectacles and Sketchbook, is indeed an adventure, which dares to embrace the poetic beauty of the ordinary and the lyrical magic of the mundane. Drawing from personal experiences, and the near and dear ones, it is deeply rooted in emotions. It is an invitation for anyone seeking solace, inspiration, or simply a moment of quiet reflection.

Whether it's the gentle reminder of a blessing or the torment of noise in one’s head, the explosive anger of a friend’s betrayal or the overwhelming feelings of fear and loss, the distraught in a friend’s expression or the joy of being back in your favourite city, these poems illuminate the beauty that surrounds us, waiting to be discovered in the simplest of moments.

It is a testament to the extraordinary power of poetry to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary."
