Description of the Book:
This book is a rhetorical walk within my inner monologues during the time span of eight months. From October 25th, 2018- May 1st, 2019 I recorded my emotions as if they were cascading into the journal in front of me. These entries are sporadic and with them will come some questions undoubtedly so. The events and interactions that have triggered these memoirs have caused visceral formation of who I am today. When I felt at a loss, I welcomed my first thoughts to configure an image in front of me so that I could perhaps become more conscious of who I was. I realize we as human beings are inherently predetermined to never quite become fully conscious, but the growing process which comes with self-awareness is a beautiful one.

Author's Name: Meghan Frayne About the Author: Meghan Frayne was born and raised in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. Growing through life in both rural and urban areas. Spending the majority of her young adulthood in Ontario's provincial capital: Toronto, Ontario. This is where Meghan then developed a substantial practice for writing. Preferring to write in flow with her stream of consciousness, Meghan reveals everything from heartbreak to revelation, from simple tendencies to heavy self reflection. Having practiced skill in writing through a multitude of formats such as playwriting, manifesting through word, personal affirmations and forming collections of ambitious to-do lists.
