Description of the Book:
A collection of poetry encapsulating the life, loves and moments of madness of a thirty something mother. Wading through memories of an easier, rose-tinted view of life, to the downright dirty, messy shit-storming trials of managing the mental load of adulting. Poetry which sets out to give a humbling, yet magical outlook on what it is to be a parent all whilst battling postnatal anxiety and depression. Themes of love and loss, parenting, memories and the unrest felt when you live aa life with unresolved trauma.
