Author Name: Luke Mayo

About the Author: Luke Mayo was born in Chelmsford, Essex in 1995- at least, his body was. His spirit was derived from a Dickensian novel (don’t ask which one). He graduated from University Campus Suffolk in 2016 with a 2:1 in English, and has always been very fond of literature, and especially poetry. Luke currently spends his time working and volunteering for numerous charities, his current role being as a data administrator for Open Road, a substance misuse charity. He also enjoys exploring various places around Essex and London, and can regularly be found in a book shop, charity shop or coffee shop somewhere in the county. Activities such as these provide him with the experiences from which he can create his poetry.
