This book journeys through every aspect of the darkness life throws you- grief, abuse, mental health challenges, family disturbances, loss of friendship, loneliness, and more. This book also journeys through the experiences of light life has to offer- gratefulness, nature, new experience, healing, connection to self, and the expression of life.
