Healing isn't easy or pretty. It doesn't happen overnight and you can never just be done with it. Healing means grieving and crying - lots and lots of crying - and in my case, healing also means writing. This book contains all the hardest things I've had to go through while in the process of healing and all the lessons I've learned along the way. It is okay to still be in pain after trauma has happened to you.
