Once Upon A Time. These four words are enough to take us to many different worlds. It can be magical and fantastical. But fairy tales are not always a bed of roses. There are sinister undertones that are swept under the rug. This poetry collection looks at reimagining all the traditional tales we have grown up with; each poem explores and subverts the ingrained tropes that these traditional tales have, shedding light on the traditional tales from a different angle. It showcases reimagining of traditional tales, it's characteristics and also holds original fairy-tale narrative poems.
