About the Author: I am a consultant in the area of human resources, having post-graduated from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and an executive in the area of personnel management and human resources in Tata Motors Limited for a period of thirty-three years. Right through my school years, in Loyola High School, Jamshedpur, I have been a thinker. It is here that my love for poetry took roots. In the beginning, Nature inspired me.
