Description of the Book:
 
"Not All Light" is a collection of poems that evokes good and bad, happy and sad feels that hopefully a reader somewhere will be able to resonate with. We live in a day and age where vulnerability and transparency are seen with the lens of shame and mockery. How can then we be our most authentic selves? To be vulnerable and transparent is not about "playing the victim", it is about being a mirror to our own selves. It is about learning to accept, process, understand and free ourselves from the harsh chains of hate and judgement that we and the outside world hurl on us. Only until we can accept our own darkness, can we find our own light, and as humans living in a complex world, we will always carry a bit of darkness within us no matter how good we are. For as long as we are in this flesh, we are NOT ALL LIGHT; for we need to keep evolving from a darker place within and without in search for the LIGHT.
