Description of the Book:
This anthology is the outcome of a deep desire to be heard. All my life I've been accused of being a closed book, and this is a humble attempt at toeing the water to see if putting a piece of my vulnerability out there for people to read and judge is as rewarding as it is made out to be. I have no hopes of being a published writer or a poet; all I wanted was to add a touch of poetry to my life.

I ramble a lot in my journal but never imagined the possibility of writing for others to see. I've never before dared to show my poems to anyone, not only fearing judgement, but also because I never felt like they amounted to something. Though I've shared a piece of my work indicating my most vulnerably moments in life, upon reading the poems, I've cringed at the thought of someone reading this.
