Description of the Book:
 
We constantly hear phrases like “love comes to those who wait,” or “love at first sight.” While love is something that we think we happen to stumble upon, it’s more of a practice. The reality is that we work to find the perfect relationship, and along the way, we meet people who make our life feel like hell. My Flame is dedicated to the worst relationships ever, and the lack of work that past partners brought. This is a collection of pain, hardship, and abuse, but eventually healing when we find someone willing to put in the effort. Love is messy, awkward, and strange, but it doesn’t have to be that way forever.
