Description of the Book :
Moments is an exploration and presentation of my thoughts at crucial moments of my life. The thoughts came about based on my own experiences or the discrimination experienced by others. These poems result from gaining awareness of my life and feelings and being brave to capture them in written form to be shared after living in self-doubt. As I moved into a new stage in my life, I felt it was important to share these experiences the best way I could through my art.

Author's Name : Dara Pierre About the Author : Dara Lorianne Pierre describes herself as a nomad trying to find her purpose. She has many talents and often finds ways to help other people. Dara has been writing since she was a child when she received her first diary. She discovered writing in Grenada as a tool to cope with being introverted. As Dara continued writing and her exposure to English literature classes, she fell in love with poetry and started writing her own eventually. Although she wrote all the time, it wasn’t until she began to share them a few years ago after moving to New York City. After receiving positive feedback from her friends, Dara did her first spoken word. After that, she felt more confident to portray her work as a poet. Today, Dara has written more poems and has collaborated on projects, all while being an analytical scientist and running her aromatherapy business in the United Kingdom.
