Melancholic Happiness
Author's Name: Lachlan Lamey About the Author: For as long as Lachlan can remember he has been a writer. From primary school short stories to the current novel attempts, author has always been a word to describe him, along with nerd. Poetry is something special to Lachlan, an emotional outlet of sorts. Letting him express himself in a way that talking simply can't. He's been told he has a way with words, I'll let you be the judge of that. Lachlan enjoys making people laugh with whatever he does, but the complete opposite comes out of his poetry. Poetry is an outlet of emotion for Lachlan, allowing him to express his sadness in a way that doesn't annoy people as much. With this book, Lachlan tries to break away from the usual depression fuelled poems, to make something from the other emotions that he totally knows exist somewhere in that brain of his, they're in there somewhere.
