Author's name: Avanti Parulekar About the author: Avanti Parulekar is a leadership coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and the CEO of Magic of Change, wherein she leads and also designs transformative programs grounded within positive psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. As an ACC-certified coach, her work—both in India and internationally—supports many people in gaining complete clarity, absolute confidence, and true purpose through coaching, training, and mentoring. Afterwards, she started her career in Human Resources after gaining an MBA and was rapidly recognized as an HR 40 Under 40 Awardee. Although she has held many leadership roles across sectors, Avanti believes that real leadership doesn’t require a title. Instead, it begins with self-awareness as well as dedicated service. She is quite a dedicated feminist, advocating fairness and leadership for one and all.
