In the name of the Writer

I meet my narrative at the intersection
of the real and the imagined,
recreating what is perceived.
It is a way of delicately uncovering the fragments
of thoughts and ideas, sculpting them
through textual layering of the depth
of flow and the fading of the tangible.

Within these pages there is a collection
of poems, titled MA – space of time,
suggesting that which arises in-between.

It can also be characterized as an event
not visible but rather felt,
in the way that it captures and directs one’s attention,
creating a spatial breath with-in which
one imagines the extensions of the proposed.
It is subtle in nature and deeply suggestive.

It felt only natural to write intuitively,
to be guided by the ebb and flow of thought
characterizing the ephemeral nature of existence.
After all, poems are sensorial compositions whose intention is
to touch and possibly capture all the senses.

Body.
Feeling.
Perception.
Intention.
Consciousness.
