Description of the Book:
This is a collection of poems written across a span of 10 years, flitting between topics on love, friendship and nostalgia. Some of it is based on personal experiences while others are influenced by events that we have witnessed in the world at large. Some of the backdrops are based out of Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangalore, cities where I have stayed, while some are born purely out of the mind.

About the Author: Engineer by degree and an analyst by profession, I dabble in a bit of occasional writing to break the monotony of the weekday vs weekend debate. However, I am more of a 'bathroom writer', if one can expand the concept of 'bathroom singer' to the literary world. Born and brought up in Kolkata at the cusp of 90's, the city's dynamism has slowly but surely influenced my sensibilities which have seeped into my experimentations with words. Other influences have also crept in through subtle avenues of travel, coffee (vs tea!) and other channels that I have not yet realised! But as a member of the Indian panorama, I can safely say that I come from different worlds that work together in chaos and harmony in equal measure. Hopefully, some of it shines through in my work.
