This book is a collection of poems focused on four of the author's "milestone" loves. These include first love and heartbreak, an abusive relationship, grief and loss connected to losing a dear friend/former lover, and finally, her husband. With the exception of the first piece the poems are not in chronological order, but rather woven through each other's stories, representing the complexity of love and relationships, past and present.

Author’s Name: Allie Linn
About the Author: Allie Linn lives and creates in New York City. She identifies as a multi-hyphenate artist, working as a dancer, choreographer, writer, and poet. She was a BFA candidate in modern dance performance at George Mason University but was unable to complete this degree due to a serious injury. Instead, she graduated with her BA in theater from Lehigh University and went on to get her MA in dance/movement therapy and counseling from Drexel University. She spent nine years dancing and choreographing in Philadelphia prior to moving to New York. This is Allie's first book, although she has been published in several poetry anthologies.
