Description of the Book:
This book is a collection of poems that tells a story of a girl. Her childhood, youth, experiences of love, moving to a new country, feeling nostalgic for her hometown, and many other human emotions is all compiled into one.
By Love, the poet does not just talk about the heart-thumping, gut-wrenching, fairytale romance (not saying that is not included at all), but also about the different dimensions and meanings of love. Storge, platonic love, self-love- they all come under the big umbrella term of 'Love'.
By Light, the poet means to talk about hope. When you feel hopeless, your life gets filled with darkness. You feel like you have been sucked into dingy cave. When we find that light at the end of the dark tunnel, that is hope. This book aims to let you believe there is a hope despite all the struggles.
By the end of this book, the poet wishes to make her readers feel content about finding a part of themselves in the story of this girl and find a way to stay hopeful.

About the Author: Tanya Sengupta is a young budding author trying to put out her poetry to the world. She is an engineer by profession but a poet at heart. Sengupta started writing poems at the age of 8, and since then there was no going back. Her first book (An Introspective Medley- To explore yourself) was received well by its readers, with a 5 star rating on Amazon. This is her second book that is very dear to her heart. She wishes to weave tales through her poetry and get people to relate to her words. She loves the nature and being a philanthropist, besides having a passion for poetry and a career in engineering.
