Letters to a Scar Tissue Heart is a collection of poetry written about the things that are too hard to talk about out loud. Written through personal experience, it’s a tribute to all those who have gone through trauma and are learning to heal. Sometimes that means letting all of the ugly thoughts and feelings out, instead of keeping them bottled up inside. Several poems discuss anxiety, anger, and other emotions not necessarily for the faint of heart. Read and we can let go of our suppressed cries together.
