Description of the Book:
This collection of poetry was written through some of my toughest times from the age of 17 through 29 years old. My poems are a collection of the Lessons I have learned through Loving, the Lessons I have learned through heartbreak in Life and the lessons I’ve learned through the loss and death of something that I thought was meant to last forever. This is just a small chapter of my life I’d like to share with the world and finally be able to get some closure from the darkness I have endured for 24 years. Author's Name: Cindy Lupi About the Author: I am a 43 year old mother of a beautiful 25 year old daughter and beautiful 14 year old son who has a terminal illness. I am also the stepmother to my wonderful 4 year old daughter, Peyton. I began writing poetry at the age of 12. I lost the passion and ability to write from 2020 to present due to depression and PTSD. This book is a big step in my healing process, as I always wanted to be a writer. I’ve worked as a HIPAA compliance officer for 24 years, and a DSP for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Right now I am now taking the time to heal myself and write again. I enjoy reading poetry, writing poetry, listening to music, taking long walks, baking and coffee.
