This is a poetry book on life, love, mental health, loss and emotions we all go through. My love for reading and writing started young. I've always kept journals and wrote poetry. Some of the poems in this book are spiritual in nature. This book deals with mental health in which I was diagnosed with bi polar depression and anxiety. My faith has brought me through a lot of struggles. A poem called Mazzstarr of the Universe for my daughter and a poem for my dad who passed this year. A lot of raw emotion.

About the Author: I grew up out in the country. We rode three wheelers, dirt bikes, built forts, and climbed trees. I love horror movies because at six years old I was woken up to watch The Exorcist that came on tv. My dad used to wear scary masks and scare my friends when they would come over. He used to wake me up to sing Janis Joplin while he played the guitar. My love for heavy metal music came when at five years old I heard Ozzy singing Ironman on a local rock station. I wrote my first poetry book in third grade.
