Description of the Book:

Kanaka, an anthology of poems through automatic writing traverses the intricate landscapes of human experience through the lense of a girl who was brought up as a Bharatanatyam dancer; A girl who grew up singing ancient lyrics on Hindu Gods and Goddesses. The book delves into the profound themes of love, death, light, and the vivid spectrum of colors, self governance and non-linear growth.

As the reader progresses through this collection, they will encounter verses that reflect on the challenges and triumphs of growing up, along with the introspective process of finding oneself. The poems invite readers to explore the dynamic tension between the external forces that shape our lives and the internal compass that guides our personal journey.
