Growing up in Delhi, his mother had a big influence in giving an environment of creativity in his early years. From canvas painting to writing poems, it’s something that got passed on by default from his mother. A former software engineer he worked with IBM in the USA but longed to move back to India to pursue his filmmaking career. He currently lives in Mumbai and is a full-time filmmaker. Just Because is his first book of poems. His poems are not limited to a specific genre but an emotional chord of life, its celebration and dilemmas, can be found common in most of them.
