Description of the Book:
 
Poetry is a form of escapism, a way of making sense of the world, a form of expression, in writing.
Poetry has the power to make you laugh and to bring you to tears, to make you feel.

This collection, pamphlet, whatever you want to call it, is the culmination of my dreams, hopes, ambitions and experiences.

This is my past, my present and my future.

It is me, in my most vulnerable sense.
It is me, in my most artistic and romanticised self.

Enclosed are twenty one poems, from the twenty one first days of the year 2023, written by a 16 year old girl.

The poems explore growth, childhood and girlhood, which for me in intrinsically linked (my justification when told to 'just stick to one theme, please!')
