This book is a collection of twenty-one short poems. The central theme of the book is the tragedy and destruction of civil war and armed conflicts. The poems describe the life of a young boy, abducted from his village, and transformed into a rebel to join separatist forces. The poems depict his life journey, and how the memories of violence, death and destruction haunt him.
