About the Author: Archana Kumari holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from St. Xavier’s and an M.B.A. in Rural Development from XISS, Ranchi. She was selected for the Azim Premji Foundation Fellowship Program (2015–17). With nearly nine years of experience in the development sector, she has worked extensively in child protection with NGOs and INGOs, and most recently with NTPC Mining Ltd. in CSR. A passionate advocate for child rights, she writes blogs and poems including a piece published on storycenter.org. She lives in Visakhapatnam with her family.
