He was raised partially in base housing in Pensacola, Fl before settling and being schooled predominately in Jacksonville, Fl. following his parents' divorce at the age of 7. He graduated from Nathan B. Forrest High School (Westside High). He has overcome many personal obstacles such as his Father passing of arteriosclerosis at the age of 42 & Mother's cancer diagnosis during the same year at age 41. He has always loved writing & fine arts since the age of 5 & knew it was a part of his career path early on.
