Heal Through Darkness to Light, it is a book on recognizing different shades of darkness with different shades of emotions and how this Darkness can be transformed into Light. Darkness means unhappiness, sadness, depression, ignorance, evil thoughts, ego, pride, anger, frustration, anxiety etc and most importantly all the Inner-Child wounds, pain, suffering, your traumatic responses as an adult. Light means happiness, self-confidence, your healed version of your Inner-Child, peace, content, innocence, knowledge, awareness, consciousness, purity and finding love in everything, everyone and most importantly within yourself first.

Heal Though Darkness to Light book is a book about my personal journey towards healing from feelings of depression, loneliness & having suicidal thoughts, feelings or tendencies. Healing one's heart, mind, body and soul by acknowledging each and every feeling, emotion, moods that one goes through in life. And also, how to go from being ignorant to being aware and conscious of oneself as body, mind and soul. To detach oneself from all the negative attachments one has on places, things, people or on self.

A journey about how to embrace the darkness and light within oneself equally. To not be biased and discriminate about one's own feelings. Accepting oneself whole heartedly is the key to bringing the darkness within you into light. This journey of finding and exploring oneself in different aspects of life, with different types of relationships and different types of emotions in different types of scenarios that are involved in life. And how these challenges faced by one are usually taken in a negative way or as bad luck. But when you view it with a different perspective and how to take it as a positive change, a lesson, growth within oneself. The journey of every person is different from each other and can't be compared to anyone. This book will be able to touch your soul and make you feel connected with your own unique journey, relationships, feelings, emotions and memories.

It is a personal journey and this journey from darkness within you to bringing the light within you has to be taken by you alone and this journey can not be taken by someone else on behalf of you.
