Description of the Book:
After a busy day of hustling through the humdrum of what we call ‘life’, a clean cloth and some sanitizer can completely turn your whole day around, says she.
This collection of twenty-one pieces of self-renditions talks about gratitude, scented candles and other crutches of mental wellness, and a crazy cleaning lady sifting through the ups and downs of life. Life is not all sunshine and cupcakes but if you clean your room and office desk hard enough, that inner pool of strength, thankfulness, mindfulness, and love will emerge.
Here is a peep into the world of a millennial walking through ideas of a grateful heart, what it means to be thankful, and how it helps to find sanity in this madding crowd. It also narrates how one can hack their way into mindful living, one scented candle at a time.
