Description of the Book:
 
Teamwork is the most important factor for productivity, plans, growth and profitable journey. Customer is constantly judging us. In fact, this situation keeps us on toe and active. We have to keep eye open all the time. There are no leg rooms available for slackness. It will result into complete collapse of the system and breakdown of business. Hence, communication to team , productivity of team, knowledge and well informed team is very essential ingredient for efficient and profitable running of business. Training and engaement of team is very important. My poetry is my experience with team and results.  I think, through poetry I succeeded in conveying my message of accomplished teamwork.
