Description of the Book :

If you’re actively denying your grief, your emotions, and the way you feel, this book is not for you. This is for those who are grieving the expectations they have set for themselves or others have set for them, but also growing from that grief. The emotions on these pages are deeply personal, but also written in the hopes that they give you permission to feel as you truly wish to feel. Every single word may not resonate, but the hope is that you close this book with a better understanding of self, and the willingness to live with meaning that is true to yourself. Indeed, you are worthy of existing as you are, as you feel, and as you know to be. That is enough.
