Did you ever think that maybe we are living in an illusion; that maybe our imagination is reality; that maybe we don't have to pretend in the real world; that maybe what seems to us is not how it is! This book has a collection of poems for anyone who wants to experience the 'real world'.

Everyday, you login to a news channel and you hear news of so many social crimes, whether it is rape, murder, child abuse, or any other one. We also keep hearing about suicides and violence. We express our disappointment and grief. Sometimes we march with candles, sometimes we protest, and sometimes we just feel sorry. Amidst this, we try to imagine the pain of the victim. The book illustrates those feelings in words.

The different works in this book have tried to portray a beautiful relationship between a mother and child through the art of writing. There has also been a depiction of the feelings of a one-sided lover.

'Voice of a woman' and 'Patriarc-He' highlight the gender biases existing in society.

'The Make-up Laden Lie' and 'Fail' focus on showing the consequences of a wrong marriage.

'A New World' is very close to my heart. It is the depiction of the feelings of the baby when he or she is entering the world. This poem is written from that baby's perspective.

The book covers various topics like imagination, reality, depression, dreams, torture, social crimes, manipulation, mother-child relationships, love, and a few more.
