Description of the Book:
 
This book contains my heart and everything it has felt deeply in life so far. The emotions which were allowed to be felt and expressed, and the ones which were denied their existence. The thoughts which were too loud to be said and too quiet to be heard at the same time. The laughter, the tears, the anger and the pain, basically every feeling desperate to find an expression, found an expression in this book. Life has its own way of unfolding and unraveling into new dimensions and experiences every day, few days are difficult, few are easy, few have the capability to break you down and few give you the courage to get up and keep going. Hopefully, every reader can find something in here to connect with and know it's okay to be not okay sometimes and it's okay to have questions about everything you have known and believed in. Curiosity to question your belief system is good, it might feel a little unsettling in the beginning but maybe in due time, it will lead to new thoughts and beliefs and transform into a solid foundation of principles that are completely your own.
